The Gas Safety Regulations state that your equipment must be maintained and kept safe. But servicing is more than a checkbox exercise to satisfy health and safety or your insurance company. It’s an important way of making sure your staff can work in a warm and safe environment. 

Yearly gas service and maintenance

Briggs Burners are licensed to service gas appliances and issue a Gas Safety Certificate. 

We’ll come to your building, fine tune your heaters (if needed) and arrange any repairs. All being well we can issue a Gas Safety Certificate there and then or create a plan of action to make your system safe. This may include installing a new system in some circumstances.

As a bonus, a Gas Safety Certificate means you have a record to show your equipment is maintained and safe should your insurance company request it.  

Landlords Certificate

We also work with landlords to service commercial boilers and heaters. Briggs Burners will check your equipment has been installed to legal standards and that they are still safe. We can then issue the Landlords Certificate so you fulfil your legal obligation to your tenants.
